Please follow the steps below to make sure we get your order promptly and correctly.
Step 1:
Use the Order Form to submit your order. Or you can call/sms us at this number 012-2943620.
Please order 5 days in advance before the collection/delivery day.
For last minute order, there will be an extra charge of RM10.
Step 2:
We will email you with the order confirmation and total price quotation.
We will also give you the bank account details for payment purposes.
Step 3:
Upon confirmation of the order, you need to pay 50% deposit.
Please send us the proof of payment via email or sms.
Now you can see your confirmed order on our calendar to the right.
Step 4:
On the collection/delivery day, please pay the balance of the total payment.
CANCELLATION
In the event if you need to cancel your order, please notify us 3 days in advance. It is highly recommended to CALL US directly at 012-2943620. And please DO NOT cancel through facebook. If you fail to follow this instruction, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
